Spanish Turbot from Prodemar — brilliant white flesh, superior flavor, available weekly in small quantities with pre-order for steady menu placement. Wild Sardines are now available for preorder with weekly Thursday/Friday shipments while the season lasts. Rosa di Mazara Prawns are in full lineup. And the caviar selection — Kaluga, Osetra, and Baerii, available in 1oz, 4oz, and 8oz — remains one of the strongest in Houston.
